US based 300 mm R&D fab selects iCADA as reticle management supplier

iCADA received an order for their reticle and carrier management system from an existing 300 mm R&D fab based in the US. The system will be integrated into the existing soft- and hardware architecture controlling and automating the entire reticle data flow and all reticle related tools, e. g. stockers, sorters and inspection systems.
