German 200 mm fab orders iCADA's reticle management software

iCADA has received a purchase order from a 200 mm fab located in Germany. iCADA's advanced reticle management system (RSM) will be integrated into the local hard- and software infrastructure, replacing the existing home grown reticle management solution.
