iCADA receives order from US based 200 mm fab

iCADA has received a purchase order from a US based 200 mm fab for their Reticle Management System (RSM). With the replacement of the existing home grown solution the fab will be aligned with the neighboring 300 mm fab which has been using the iCADA system for over 2 years. The productive RSM will be configured to serve both fabs sharing the same database and configuration thus reducing installation and maintenance effort to a minimum.
